The Township of Seguin reserves the right to withdraw, postpone, cancel or combine classes, limited registration or change instructors. Full payment must be received with a completed registration form on the day of registration. Request for refund will NOT be accepted after the first day of the program unless accompanied by a medical certificate. Request must be submitted in writing. Missed Programs will not be made up if the participant is unable to attend due to a conflict with another activity, sickness, or injury.
 
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A PROGRAM?
 
Click on a program subcategory within the bolded categories on the left side of this page to view our offered programs.
 
Select a program and click the "Register Now" button to continue to the Participant Selection Screen. Select the participant name(s) from your account that you wish to enroll into the selected program. (If you have not added Family Members to your account then the Participant Selection Screen is not displayed.) If a "Register Now" button is not clickable, this program is not currently available for online registration, you have already added this program to your "Shopping Cart" or you are already registered.
 
Click the "Continue" button to add the program to your "Shopping Cart".
 
To register for additional programs, click on "Keep Shopping" button from the "Shopping Cart" screen or click the "Process Payment" button to proceed to the "Process Payment" screen to complete your registration purchase. Once you have successfully completed the payment transaction an invoice will be displayed with complete details about the program(s) enrollments you have made.
 
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided in your account including a link to your enrollment receipt and our Refund Policy.
 
HOW DO I JOIN A WAITLIST?
 
If a program is at capacity and a wailist is available, instead of the Register Now button, a "Join Waitlist" button will display. Click this button and follow the on screen steps to join the waitlist. You will receive a waitlist confirmation email once you've successfully added yourself or your family member(s) to a waitlist.
 
Payment is not required to join a waitlist - you will be prompted to complete your payment if a space becomes available to you at a later date.
 
HOW DO I WITHDRAW FROM A PROGRAM?
