Course Refunds

There are no refunds for Courses once lessons have started. In the event of a medical issue, participants can arrange for a credit towards another course offered. Weyburn Leisure Services reserves the right to cancel courses at our discretion.

Weyburn Leisure Centre:
Refunds will only be given if the cancellation is made at least 1 week prior to the first lesson. Any other refunds will only be given with a doctor’s Note. Refunds are subject to a $5.50 Administration Fee. All registrations are final for Aquatic Leadership Courses (Assistant Lifeguard, Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor). Refunds will not be given for Aquatic Leadership Courses.

Membership Refunds

There are no refunds for Memberships once use has begun. In the event of a medical issue, participants can arrange for a credit towards another membership offered.

Facility Rental Refunds

Refunds for Facility rentals will not be provided unless cancellation notification is received at least 30 days prior to your facility rental date.
