This Self-Care Relaxation Meditation Course offers mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) strategies including grounding and breathing techniques, mind-body awareness, mindfulness skills and relaxation strategies. Most classes will include guided visualization and techniques to help you integrate these lessons into your everyday life.

    Stress: response, symptoms, warning signs and coping strategies
    Mindfulness: what it is, essential components, strategies, how to integrate into daily life
    Cognitive Behavioural Strategies (CBT): awareness of thoughts & patterns and strategies to stop, challenge and shift your thinking
    Self-Compassion:key components, self-compassion template & resources and related visualizations
    Gratitude: how it works, how to build daily practice, strategies and techniques

Spiritual Life Coach and Counselling expert Tammy Skomorowski, MEd, CCC, CSLC has 25+ years experience in the helping profession working with people from all walks of life. She teaches mindfulness and meditation classes in the community and non-profit sector. Tammy is the founder and sole proprietor of True S3lf: Wellness for Mind, Body & Spirit and co-founding member of The Best Life Network. She supports clients with mental health, relationship, grief & loss and stress & burn-out challenges, to quiet the ego-mind, tap into consciousness, and work deeply with emotions to create the life you desire. Tammy has been devoted to her own meditation practice for the past 7 years including a blend of Eastern meditation practices and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
