Information and Requirements The Business Analysis Certificate program is available through collaboration with Global Knowledge Network (Canada) Inc. — an endorsed education provider of the International Institute of Business Analysis®. All program courses are designed using the IIBA's Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®) and are taught by expert instructors who bring the BABOK to life in the classroom. To pass the program, students must receive a minimum grade of 70 percent on each course exam. Students are also required to attend at least 90 percent of class-time and exhibit participation in class exercises and section-knowledge checks.
