The Project Management Fundamentals course enables new project managers to deliver successful projects on time, on budget, and within scope. Participants will maximize their time in this course by having the option of working on components of their own project or a real life case study that is provided. This course will give participants further immediate returns on their learning investment by providing them with a detailed work book and project templates to take home.

At the end of this two-day intensive program, participants will be able to:

• Establish a project framework to complete the project
• Develop a project charter
• Develop a project plan
• Develop a communication plan
• Identify project risk and mitigation strategies
• Manage routine projects
• Appreciate the impact of the project on end users

Information and Requirements
All materials, refreshments, and lunches are included in the cost of the course. This course is equivalent to the first module in the Masters Certificate in Project Management program. All successful participants in the Project Management Fundamentals course who continue on into the Masters Certificate in Project Management program will receive a $690.00 credit towards the course fee.
