Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

Cancellation of bookings will be granted for any cancellations made ten (10) days prior to commencement of the booking.
A refund or account credit will not be issued for anyone cancelling a booking less than ten (10) days prior to the start date of the booking.

Transferred/Traded/Sub-leased Ice:

The Town of Bentley is the sole authority for all Ice times. The practice of occasionally transferring ice, trading ice,
or sub leasing ice between regular ice users is prohibited.

Changing the intended user of ice within a single organization's allocated ice is acceptable (i.e. a practice becomes a game; Team A replaced Team B etc.)
The Town of Bentley requests advanced written notification of any changes to ensure updated schedules are posted at the Arena.

It is recognized that last minute changes to the intended use of the ice may occur under rare, infrequent, or unforeseen circumstances; however,
the Town of Bentley must be notified by the permit holder, even after the occurrance.
