|Facility Rental Cancellation Policy|
|In the event the Renter must cancel the reserved date or its function, the Renter is obligated to provide the following written notice
to the Town of Three Hills within 30 days of the booking.
Once the notice is received and acknowledged, the following refunds will be processed within 10 days business days.
|More than 90 days written notice - 100% of the deposit/payment will be refunded.|
|Less than 30-90 days written notice - 50% of the deposit/payment will be refunded.|
|Less than 30 days written notice – 0% of the deposit/payment will be refunded.|
|In the unlikely event of cancellation by the Town of Three Hills, the Town will provide an alternative venue and/or date for your event will be provided upon availability.
|Cancellation must be made in writing to: firstname.lastname@example.org or delivered to the Town office.
Cancellations will be acknowledged by email or in writing only and cancellations are only valid once acknowledgment has been issued.
|Additional Rental Policies|
|The renter agrees to the follow all regulations in place by Alberta Health Services, including but not limited to, social distancing (when able),
proper sanitizing, and COVID-19 screening checklist for all attendees and participants.
|Course Cancellation Policy|
|Full payment must be received to guarantee a spot in class. Cancellations, including changing sessions, must be given a minimum of seven (7) day days prior to the start of the lessons or course.
Failure to give adequate notice will result in the loss of the fee.
