LATE REGISTRATIONS & DISCOUNTS
Late registrations accepted, if space without a pro-rated discount
Seniors (SR) 60+ years receive 25% discount
HST will be charged to participants over the age of 14.
 
 
CLASS AVAILIBILITY & CANCELLATIONS
Program registration will be processed on a first come, first serve basis with payment in full—post-dated cheques automatically put the participant on the waitlist. Phone and e-mail registrations are not accepted. Should a program reach capacity, your name will be placed on a waiting list. Should a program fail to meet registration minimum numbers, the Township may cancel, postpone and/or combine classes at its discretion. All class cancellations will be posted on the Township website - every effort will made to notify participants.

REFUNDS, TRANSFERS, WAITLISTS & CANCELLATIONS
1. Program withdrawal and refund requests must be made by completing the Refund Request Form.
2. A full refund will be given in the event that:
(a) The Township of Severn cancels/changes program details which prohibit someone from attending;
(b) A registrant requests a refund for medical reasons (Doctor’s note required). The refund will be pro-rated from the request date and subject to a $20.00 fee.
3. Every effort will be made to make up cancelled/postponed classes. Refunds will not be issued.
4. A participant withdrawn by an instructor due to incompatibility will receive a pro-rated refund.
5. Transfers from one class/program to another are based on space availability within the same session.
6. Transfers will be permitted up to and including the third lesson of the program where space permits.
7. Registrations for new programs from waitlists may be pro-rated.
8. Participant cancellations advising an instructor, reception staff or not attending classes is not considered notice of program cancellation.
