Facility Bookings

We offer a wide range of facilities which include gymnasiums, classrooms, libraries, multipurpose rooms, theatres, parking lots. School District facilities are generally available between 5:00pm-10:00pm from Monday to Friday. Facilities are also available to rent on the weekend, however, additional custodial service charge applies to provide opening and closing, security and custodial service.
Organizations or community groups interested in renting Burnaby School facilities must submit their rental request at least 10 business days prior to your start date.
Facility Rentals will then forward the request to the school principal to confirm availability and obtain approval.
Once the request is approved, the rental invoice will be updated with the proper rates and a request sent for the User to sign digitally. Payment must be made 7 business days in advance of first booking.
