The Town of Renfrew offers a variety of recreational and social facilities available for rental to the public.
All Facility Booking requests submitted from this website will be reviewed as soon as possible. A Town of Renfrew staff member will contact you once a decision to approve or decline your facility booking request has been processed. The contact person provideded in the booking request must be over the age of 18 years as confirmation of the booking(s) and agree to all provided facility rules, regulations and conditions of use.
All permits require proof of liability insurance naming Town of Renfrew as additional insured.
Payment of $100.00 or full amount, which is less, is required at the time that the invoice is confirmed.
An administration charge of $20.00 is levied for all payments returned due to insufficient funds. Statements will be sent to customers with non-compliance payments. Future facility bookings may be cancelled by Town of Renfrew.
Overdue accounts are subject to a 1.25 per cent per month interest charge. Accounts in arrears are sent to third party collection and the client is denied access to future facility bookings.
To cancel a facility booking you must provide a written notice to Town of Renfrew a minimum of one week prior to the date(s) affected, otherwise full costs will apply.
The Town of Renfrew reserves the right to cancel a facility rental agreement and close any function for failure to observe all conditions of the permit, and/or retain full or portions of the damage deposit.
