Please note: the RM of Hanover currently does not accept e-Transfers as a form of payment for rentals or courses.
 
 

Payment Options

1. Login and pay online with a credit card.*

2. Payment by debit, credit, cash or cheque in office, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.

3. Leave cash or cheque payments in the drop box by the front doors outside of office hours, at your own risk.

4. Send a cheque through the mail to 28 Westland Drive, Mitchell MB R5G 2N9.

5. Call (204) 346-7133 or (204) 346-7825 to make a credit card payment over the phone.

Cancellation Policy

 
The RM of Hanover Recreation Cancellation Policy requires that all cancellations be provided
2 WEEKS (14 DAYS) BEFORE the date of rental.*
 
All cancellations need to be emailed in and will only be processed if submitted to rec@hanovermb.ca* 
 
             If you do not have email, please contact us by phone during office hours of Monday to Friday 
                                            from 8 AM to 4 PM at (204) 346-7133 or (204) 326-4488.
 
If the date or time needs to be changed, please contact the office and accommodations may be made.
 
 
 
 
 
Please note: If cancellation policy is not followed, renter may be subject to full cost of rental and any additional fees.

Refund Policy

 
Cancellations before the 14 day period prior to the rental will receive a full refund or a no cost cancellation.
 
Cancellations within the 14 day period prior to the rental, a $25 cancellation fee will be required to be
paid at time of cancellation or the cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.**
 
    If there needs to be a cancellation due to extreme weather or sudden illness, a full refund will be processed.***
 
 
 
 
 
Please note: All refunds will be processed in the form of a cheque or added to client's wallet as a credit. Refunds can take 1-2 business days to be processed and can take up to 14 business days to be received.

*Exceptions include sports field rentals (including arena's, ball diamonds and soccer pitches) be cancelled 3 WEEKS (21 days) prior to date of rental if possible and any extenuating circumstances that are decided at the RM of Hanover's discretion. 
** Administrative fee is subject to 5% GST.
***Exceptions can include any qualifying circumstances and will be decided at the RM of Hanover's discretion.
