CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
HALL RENTALS 1. Deposit- 25% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking
to secure the rental date.
• Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation - To cancel a rental, please notify the Municipality of Grey
Highlands by e-mail, phone, or by visiting the Municipal office in
person (206 Toronto Street South, Unit #1, Markdale, ON N0C 1H0).
3. Refund - Upon notification of the cancellation, the Municipality will issue
a cheque to the mailing address on file.
• The cheque will consist of the total rental cost minus the
25% non-refundable deposit.
• The $250.00 + HST damage deposit cheque will also be
returned to the customer at this time.
