Refund Policy

If you are registered for a program and are unable to attend, a pro-rated credit can be issued and will remain valid for one year from date of issue.  For withdrawl or cancellation of a program, please contact Gimli Recreation Centre 204-642-6670.  

Membership fees are non-refundable.  Membership holds are possible with six month or one-year membeship, for employment purposes or with a doctor's note only.

Cancellations for rentals must be received in writing, email or by fax to (204) 642-4307, from the date of the booking up to 7 days prior to the first reserved date in order to obtain a refund.  All booking deposits are non-refundable.  Cancellations received within 7 days (including the seventh day) will result in the forfeiture of the total amount. In cases where payments not received at the cancellation date, groups may be denied future rentals.
