Barrington Municipality Recreation Department

The Barrington Municipal Recreation Department offers programs and events year-round and for all ages. Family activity hikes, youth after school activities, preschool pop-up play events, fun runs/walks, and holiday celebrations occur each month. The department manages a number of recreation facilities including the Sandy Wickens Memorial Arena, Sherose Island Recreation Centre, outdoor pool, community garden, tennis court, and numerous trails, playgrounds and sports fields.
