Program Withdrawals & Refunds

If you choose to withdraw from a program five business days prior to the start date, a $10 administration fee will be applied. No refunds are issued within five business days of the start date, unless due to medical reasons.

Program Cancellations

Classes that do not meet the minimum registration requirements will be cancelled two business days prior to the program start date and a refund will be issued, unless otherwise stated.

Facilities & Grounds Rental Refunds

If you provide written notice of cancellation 30 days from the date of rental, 75% of the rental payment will be refunded less a $25 administration fee (no refund within 30 days).
